Howdy! I'm Rachael.
Meet Rachael:
Rachael Sinay is a Licensed Social Worker by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication with minors in Gender Studies and Psychology from Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio and her Master of Social Work from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.
Rachael is passionate about empowering individuals to learn the tools to build healthier relationships with themselves and others, as well as teaching strong coping and mood management skills. She takes a strengths based, client-centered approach to helping clients reach their goals. Rachael also believes strongly in equality and inclusion of all races, religions, ability, and sexual and gender orientations. She believes in building a strong therapeutic relationship and a safe space for any and all to heal, so you will often hear her crack jokes, tell stories, and relate to recent events and pop culture.
Prior to her MSW, Rachael was a summer camp director and event planner in Texas and has been in the retail/fashion industry as a Wedding Coordinator for a local suit company, Pursuit.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, her cat (Pesto) and dog (Sadie), listening to a podcast or at a sporting event.
