Hey! I'm Lauren.
Meet Lauren:
Lauren Hill is a Licensed Social Worker with a Masters of Social Work from The Ohio State University. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Addiction Studies and Disability Studies from West Virginia University.
With a strong foundation in psychology and social work, Lauren is passionate about providing empathetic, personalized care. She believes meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship and takes time to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and genuinely connected. Her style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in a person-centered approach. Therapy is a partnership, and you are the expert on your own life.

Lauren integrates DBT skills to support emotional regulation, stress management, and healthier relationships. She is IFS-informed and trained in EMDR therapy, helping clients compassionately understand themselves while gently working through difficult or painful experiences.

Trauma work is an important part of her practice, and she believes healing happens best at a steady, empowering pace within a positive therapeutic relationship. Above all, she wants therapy to feel like a place where you feel supported, understood, and hopeful.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys visiting local farmers markets, exploring Columbus and its hidden gems, caring for her houseplants, and spending time with her dog, Carl.
